I think it needs to be enabled in the BIOS.

Most card manufacter(spelt wrong) uses a different TV-Out chip as it is not included in the reference design of nVidia, or they have deals with tv-out chip makers, or other reasons, this makes flashing a bios which doesn't have your TV-out chip.. well.. make the TV-Out stop functioning.

hacking the BIOS to support your tv-out chip is the only solution, but don't ask me how

I knew it before that hacking the BIOS is the solution. But i don't know how either.

Hey there people i just tried the msi 5950 ultra on my msi 5900nu, it works great, at idle its at 30 degrees compared to the 36, and it averages about 6 degrees cooler avg. For my overclock im at 520/1000mhz, im at about 5800 3dmarks in 03. It worked very good. Clock per clock the 5950 u is slower, but we all know that cuz of the memory timings, i did this mainly for the higher core voltage. i have some benchmarks, i have yet to post them somewhere yet.

get the latest rivatuner, it can monitor the temperature (if the videocard supports this, off course)

i tried rivatuner, but it dosent say the temp, its says the memory speeds of the graphics card, but not the temp !

i have an abit nf7-s 2.0, is there an option to enable temp sensing in bios or something?

your videocard must have a temp probe onboard, install the latest drivers for your vidcard, if you can't find the temp. control tab, then your vidcard doesn't have it.
