 | Samsung Unveils Chipset for Hybrid Hard Drives Samsung Electronics, a leading maker of consumer electronics, semiconductor and other electronics products, on Monday announced its new system-on-chip (SoC) that will enable relatively cost-effective making of so-called hybrid disk drives (HHD).
