 |  Samsung Begins to Ship Hybrid Hard Drives Samsung Electronics said Wednesday that it has begin to offer notebook manufacturers the so-called hybrid hard drives (HHDs), which integrate flash cache to boost performance under Microsoft Windows Vista operating system (OS).
