A-dataA-data had some new products on show as well. First is a very impressive 2133Mhz DDR (PC17000+) triple channel kit with included fan ensemble:
The kit looks very good, unfortunately it's not a low voltage kit, meaning that you'll have to exceed Intell's specifications to be able to run them on your Core i7 system.
A-data did have some of the most impressive SSD drives on show, with an amazing 512Gb capacity, as far as we know an industries first.
The 512Gb version is "coming soon", but the already impressive XPG 384Gb version is already available :
A strange sight : the Intel SSD drive on show at the A-data booth... we wonder what's behind this ?
SupertalentSupertalent also tries to push their SSD lineup, they had a 128Gb drive on show:
Arctic CoolingFinally, Arctic cooling had their own, new Ram Cooler on show as well. The Arctic "RC" (for Ram Cooler) is not fully developed yet, they're still deciding the exact hight they want to give to the cooler.
Of course, AC wouldn't be AC if they didn't bundle it with their own fan... It will be interesting to watch this product in the near future, especially the possible cooperations with memory manufacturers. A product like this without OEM support is not very likely to be popular due to compatibility and warranty issues with existing heatspreaders.
Thank you !I'd like to thank some of the people we were able to meet at Cebit, as in many case it was a first time meeting or a chance to meet some people in real life after many years of working together.
