Sure it's slow; won't run a race with a modern machine but it's churned out 8 wu's and 1185 points in 5 weeks. It's about the same overall as my 2800+ will produce at 20%.

You reminded me the movie "Forrest Gump"

You don't have to be the fastest; for as long as you are consistent in doing what you do best.

Mom got this year's electricity bill, and it's a bit elevated. So she complained to me.
Gonna stop folding guys, sorry
Reply to your Mom "Mom, I will take good care of you when you need me. For that, I will do my best attending school and make sure you are proud of me in everything that I do."

To those who are dedicated to folding, you can only do what you gotta do.

I'm a little surprised though at some of the responses to the recent cutting back reply...

If you want to use electricity provided by someone else...pay for it. I have to pay my bill.

A PIII or the like is too slow...ok, we do no good for mankind because we don't have a dual xeon or san diego?

The entire nothern hemisphere that is involved in folding is suffering from heat concerns and utility bill concerns. It does not require the presence of a rocket scientist to come up with several solutions.

Anyone want my list of options I think will work?
