"The Chill Vent is a duct system for your CPU that aims to keep the processor as cool as possible without greatly increasing noise levels. Rather than changing your CPU heatsink or adding a larger fan (etc.) the Chill Vent is designed to bring air from a cooler part of your case to the processor. This means that the user will be able to keep their processor as cool as possible, preferably without having to remove the stock HSF (heat sink fan)
