Default Kia might be working with Jobs’ Mob

Apple's self driving car plans might have legs

Rumours that Apple might be working with South Korean automaker Kia appear to be true.

Last week, the Tame Apple Press was abuzz with rumours that Jobs’ Mob had found a car maker who was prepared to agree its terms to create an Apple car.

Now Kia has confirmed it was reviewing cooperation on self-driving electric cars with multiple foreign firms.

Kia’s comment, issued a regulatory filing as its shares surged 20 percent in Seoul, came after domestic online publication Edaily reported late on Tuesday that Kia’s parent, Hyundai Motor Group, had decided Kia would be in charge of proposed cooperation with Apple on electric cars.
