hello, i'm new here. just wondering if anyone can help me out. just recently found out that it's possible to mod a fx5900 to fx5950 ultra. i tried doing it with my leadtek 5900 tdh myvivo. worked like a charm. but i couldn't make my vivo work. anyone who had success in this one? read some forums about editing the sub device id. too SCARED to do that however, might damage my card. any one who could give me some insights?

I did the bios flash using A380U.rom from leadtek website and I got my VIVO to work by reinstalling WDM drivers, however, tv-out still does not work. Anyone who could help.

I have a Winfast A350 TDH-LX, I think I might have a problem. Is this normal that my card runs at 51c idle and 60c load on stock clock settings. I can get it to 450/850 but nowhere near the 475/950 mark. Do you think if I flash it the temps will stay the same?

flashing any XT succesfully is hit & miss
try to overclock it to 5900U speeds with PowerStrip, if it holds then flashing will be possible
