erm. I think you've done it right :)

Hmmm ok,

So basically i've just made my PC think its got something else. I see nothing special apart from that. No performance increase or anything. Think i'll try it to make it think its a Leadtek A380 Ultra as that might have more of an effect. :(

Hello guys, my first post here, to the point;
I have a abit siluro FX5900 with the big exhaust thing.
Im using a boot disc and all correctly with nvflash (latest one)
im using that coole100.rom zip that was linked in an earlier post above somewhere.
Im using command :
nvflash -5 -6 -f coole100.rom
after backing up my original bios of course.
it keeps giving me first 3 warnings, my device id is different, so is my vendor id (ok i know this), then it says my board id is different, and stops there with the error that my board id is different.
Any help or suggestions, Id like to try doing this flash trick, never tried something this brave before :)

I get the same errors on my XFX 5900. Tried BIOS editing to get the first 2 to work okay, but the board ID isnt easily changed so now I am stuck. Sucks!

This will not work for me.

It loads nvflash from the floppy, then just displays the readme file. :(

Any idea what could be wrong?
