how can I mark all my messages as READ ? I don't find the option.. have now over 16000 mails marked "unread"

yes very funny; I'm not going to "right click " mark as read on all my 174 subfolders...

with currently 22000+ mails; I don't think 174 is that much

I make a new subfolder for every important contact to keep track of previous conversations in an easy way


I'm going to stick with Outlook 2003. It offers better "rules" manangement and in combo with Google's desktop search is much faster for searching through mails.

double negotation error must be "with currently 22000+ mails; I don't think 174 is that much"
