AMD 90 nano Semprons go on sale in Japan
AKIBA PC Watch reports, with pictures, that a 90 nanometre 3100+ Sempron (754 pins) is up for sale in Japan.
The processor in a box (PIB) is labelled with the 90 nanometre tag, so AMD obviously considers this to be a selling point, for those who know the difference.
Another shot shows that the price of such a 3100+ processor is ¥13,400 (~$130).
