1) When you go scuba diving in cold water, peeing in your wet suit will keep you warm.

2) Windchill factor (blowing wind ) only applies to living beings with feeling.

3) The large body of water will take longer to warm up - try putting a can of beer in between your leg for awhile it will be as warm as your pee.

And, yes water conducts heat much faster than air.

Rub some alcohol on your skin; you feel cooler from evaporation process taking heat from the surface of you skin /= good conduction.
