1) When you go scuba diving in cold water, peeing in your wet suit will keep you warm.:)

2) Windchill factor (blowing wind ;)) only applies to living beings with feeling.

3) The large body of water will take longer to warm up - try putting a can of beer in between your leg for awhile it will be as warm as your pee. :^D

And, yes water conducts heat much faster than air.

Rub some alcohol on your skin; you feel cooler from evaporation process taking heat from the surface of you skin /= good conduction.
