| Restrict downloads/user We are setting up a small wireless network at work. We'll be using it with approx 20 laptops. Is there an affordable router (or a firmware) that can divide the total download/upload volume (ie 20 gig) so that every mac address can use no more then 1 gig up and download? |

| a hardware solution which such capabilities is rather costly, if you have the fund, let me know and I'll start looking.

| I've once had a free program wich was capable of doing that. unfortunately, I can't remember the name . If it might help you, I was looking for an alternative to NetLimiter when I found it. |
