| You're not imaginative enough, couple of them died when standing on ground below eaves. And at least one was injured when he had remembered to use rope for preventing himself falling down along with snow but forgot to limit its length from allowing him to go over eaves and be left dangling on it. But if you had enough roof area snowpile was high enough to just step onto it from roof. |

| Another workaround to not injury yourself when being stupid on a roof is to melt all pole ice so that the water level rises 10m worldwide and that you would have to dive you're way down to the rooftop. In that case, your pc would also be watercooled, hah! |
