only if you are able to get a second pair of fan mounting clips :)

They can't deliver Scythe products... Sonic Tower is listed though.

But I think I'm going for the Freezer64, and the money I save goes to 1GB TCCD (instead of 1GB BH-5).
If I don't like the Freezer, I can still sell it and not lose that much money.

Scythe has to send you some.

And another Papst, which indeed is one of the best fans as it can be seen here:

It looks like the ninia would support 4 120mm fans with enough clips on the right mobo.

jmke 27th May 2005 15:02

that would make for a very weird airflow:)

Rutar 27th May 2005 15:51

It might work doing airflow from corner to corner.

As heatsinks cannot get bigger, adding more 120m fans is the logical step forward for more power.

jmke 27th May 2005 16:33

120mm are not "power" , 80mm fans can deliver much more focused airflow and improve colling.

120mm can strike a very good noise/CFM balance, that's their advantage

kristos 28th May 2005 01:38

120mm kan be "power" too :)

deadspot in center is weak spot though

90 and 120 are really meant for case cooling -

I have not seen "clearance requirement" mentioned in a long time in both intake and exhaust parameter requirements.

Having a large fan hub negatively impact the center of the heatsink where heat is most concentrated.
