any links to those Freezer64 reviews

Well, it's very strange.

One at InsaneTek: showing admirable results, almost holding on to an XP-90C: http://www.insanetek.com/index.php?page=arcticcf64

Then this one at ShortMedia where we get an entirely different outcome:

that outcome is indeed very weird;

I'll try and decide between the Freezer64, Sonic Tower/Papst 4412 and 7700CU coolers one of these days. I'll surely report back ;)

Zalman CNPS7700-Cu is a bit overrated, performance is good, but even with fan speed at 33% it's not compeletely silent

eniac 20th May 2005 13:22

So you're saying either the Freezer or the Sonic Tower?

jmke 20th May 2005 13:42

if money is no object, the Scythe Shogun would do fine also;)

eniac 20th May 2005 13:54

Well, I won't be finding it in Belgium, and I don't plan on shelling out 15-25 euros for international shipping, so I'm going for the easy route :)

Rutar 20th May 2005 21:13

Can a second 120mm fan (sucking air) be mounted on the Scythe heatsinks like it's done with some other tower heatsinks?

my XP120 is hiding already by the thought of that possibility :(

Any tests with that setup possible?
