The last round of Gromacs were optimized to run better on Pentium systems when the optimization flags were placed on the end of the run command of the beta7 version. Plus they were worth 10 points. Overfoldix was a very basic version of linux designed to run w/out a hdd, everything was loaded from floppy and runs in ram. Dam, DURON, if you keep up with my score i'll be forced to use my secret "PII 233 evil folding weppon" ? :^)

Then it takes another four to six hours before you can see the result at : http://www.statsman.org/folding2stats/3365.html The latter is easier to compare with as you can sort on the different colums or select rows and create a chart of them. b) the more the better ! Teus : ... that should be like 15 to 20 points a day if you leave 'em turning 24/7 !
