| Thermaltake Blue Orb II The first thing of note when unpacking this product from the courier box it arrived in is the significant weight and size of the package. In common with many advanced heatsink designs these days, the Blue Orb II has a large surface area to maximise heat dissipation; to achieve a greater surface area, more metal is used, and the obvious side effect is the increased weight. When compared with the weight of the current leading heatsinks, the Blue Orb II sits near the top of the pile, approaching 900g. However, its weight is certainly far from alarming to this reviewer and poses no concern, although extra care should obviously be taken when transporting a system with a heatsink of this weight installed.
