 |  Samsung releases fastest GDDR-4 SGRAM 512Mb GDDR-4 chips at 1.4Ghz? Samsung has them, ATI/NVIDIA will want them: "If you pair a 384-bit wide G80 GPU with these chips, you will end up with around 134.4 GB/s, a third faster than the in the currently-available GeForce 8800GTX.
