 |  Samsung and Huawei didn’t show 5G at IFA No 5G NR form factor devices yet The IFA consumer trade show has just finished, and we wanted to share a bit about 5G with focus on the big silicon manufacturers. Both Samsung and Huawei didn’t show anything at the show, while both companies reassured us that they will have something later. Qualcomm has showcased phone form factor including the mmWave antenna modules and have publicly stated that we can expect Qualcomm powered 5G smartphone devices in the first half of 2019. Companies like Oppo and Xiaomi have already teased a phone form factor device with 5G connectivity and earlier this year both companies said that they plan to use the Snapdragon X50 5G from Qualcomm. https://fudzilla.com/news/mobile/471...show-5g-at-ifa |
