 | Qimonda (ex-Infineon) churns out DDR-2 FB-DIMMs THE DRAM firm formerly known as Infineon said it has introduced DDR-2 FB DIMMs for Intel Bensley based machines. Qimonda said it is at full throttle manufacturing the memory modules at speeds of 533MHz and 667MHz with densities spanning 512MB to 4GB. It said it is a partner for major server OEMs including Dell, HP, Big Blue and Siemens Fujitsu.
