The Powercolor Radeon HD 4730 PCS has a 11% lower clock speed, 38% higher memory speed and 320 extra pixel shaders compared to the HIS Radeon HD 3870. Both of the video cards feature DirectX 10.1 but only the Powercolor Radeon HD 4730 PCS has Gddr5 but has a disadvantage of a 128 Bit Memory Interface which will limit it's performance. http://www.ultimatehardware.net/ati/...d_4730_pcs.htm
