 |  Microsoft Debuts 3D Printing App for Windows 8.1 Microsoft has introduced its 3D printing app for Windows 8.1 as promised. The app is definitely geared toward the consumer, offering what amounts to an introductory app for the home user. Hey, it works and it's free. If you don't like it, you get your money back.
