Default Intel's Raptor Lake T go on sale

A month late, under specced and over priced

A month late, Intel's new Raptor Lake T series budget CPUs are finally being sold online.

These include the i9-13900T, i7-13700T, i5-13600T, 13500T, 13400T, and the i3-13100T and no one is really clear why they are late.

Chipzilla's 13th Gen T series CPUs are the lowest power-consuming processors with a 35W TDP. They are probably not the sort of chip you want to base a build around unless you want a small form factor chassis with little in the way of active cooling. T series chips are popular in prebuilt mini PCs such as Lenovo's ThinkCentre M Tiny series.

All models share identical cache, and core count configurations, but the clock speeds for both the P-Cores and E-Cores have taken a big hit due to the stricter power requirements. They will be pretty low on the buying list for CPUs for gaming or productivity.
