Another review of the Intel Core i7 4790K has hit the net today. This time around it is the crew at Overclockers Club doing the reviewing. For comparison purposes, you should read our Devil's Canyon: The Good, The Bad, The Ugly article if you haven't done so already. Before I started overclocking, I had high hopes that Devil's Canyon would do much better than Haswell in the clock speed department thanks to the improved thermals and power supply work. Sadly, I found that its Haswell roots run deep and ultimately limited my overall clock speed to 4.6GHz.
