| Intel 10900K overclocks to 5.4GHz Scores 3K in Cinebench R15 Last week intel introduced the10th generation Core S series desktop processors, and we expect to have them to be available shortly. Motherboards for the platform should be available on May 20th, and the CPU should not be that far beyond. On top of the food chain is the Core i9 10900K, a ten-core unlocked processor that rocks up to 5.3GHz with the Intel thermal velocity boost option. Some early benchmarks geathered at VideoCardz show that if overclocked to 5.4GHz with all ten cores and twenty threads the CPU scores 3002 To put things in perspective, the stock 5GHz Core i9 9900K and KS scored 216 in our test. The Ryzen i9 3950X with all sixteen cores still scores 215. One can only assume that at stock clock Intel’s tenth generation Core i9 10900K will score more than 216. https://fudzilla.com/news/pc-hardwar...ocks-to-5-4ghz |
