Default DIY: Make your own USB Powered Fan

You've most likely thought to yourself as you use your Laptop / Computer
on a hot summer day, why there isn't an easier and less expensive way of
staying cool, right? Why go out and spend $30 or so on one of those
small USB-Lighted-Fans for your PC, when you can just make one yourself?
Well, SDMLR has the perfect fix for your DIY needs!
