 |  AMD Claims Over 800 Thousand of DirectX 11 GPUs Shipped ATI said on Monday that it had shipped over 800 thousand of DirectX 11 GPUs, in which over 500 thousand are Radeon HD 5700 series GPUs codenamed Juniper and the remaining 300 thousand units are Cypress chips that power Radeon HD 5800/5900 series graphics cards, reports Xbitlabs. AMD’s graphics business unit seems to have high chances of shipping around one million of DX11 graphics processors this year, thanks to partly resolved supply issues with 40nm chips. http://en.expreview.com/2009/12/15/a...pped/6106.html
