usb 2.0 drivers

I have a nForce 3 250 motherboard with some usb 2.0 ports. The cd that come with my mobo did not include usb 2.0 drivers for windows xp. Instead it says i have to upgrade to sp1 to enable those usb 2.0 ports. However installing sp1 gives me troubles with a scsi card i'm using.

Anyone here knows where i can find xp drivers for usb 2.0 ?
(motherboard website also tells me to upgrade to sp1)

nope, USB 2.0 is SP1 afaik
