s&m supports 2 CPU
prime95 is average ok for CPU temp

try K7Burn instead.. twice.. I think it will surpass S&M

The same because my Delta temp remains the same.
My water is now a bit hotter because of stressing the cpu's for 2 hours.
My idle is now 30°C because of the passive setup and stress with K7Burn was 41°C with the same voltage and frequentie settings.

Pfft I'd better reapplyed my previous wc on my opteron, who knows I didn't had to order a new wc setup :p

187(V)URD@,
What MB do you use? And, will you post PWM temp.
I am getting over 65°C PWM temp at 1.55volt.

DFI Ultra-D but I am getting also +60°C with full load and no fans.
My other setup does about 38-42°C with fan on it.

Single core is entirely different; mine with CV+ memory fan on the PMWIC it was about the same as yours.

Unless no vcore increase or less than 1.4V, Dual Core 1x2MB will put alot on the motherboard circuit. I hope the DFI Expert may solve this issue. For now, the limit will be on the PWM temp over CPU temp.

The PMW can take a beating ;). I wouldn't be suprised if it hits 80°C in the summer but active cooling wouldn't harm ;).

Btw what graca do you got?

jmke 13th January 2006 11:32

80°C is in my humble opinion too hot for PWM is you are overclocking, would not surprise it at all if you see random crashes at that PWM temp and you have to lower your OC

I am not a gamer;), using 6200 still and satisfied with the FPS, soft modded to 6600. Using latest driver it is called 6700XL.
