i use software to measure the voltage
i must get some multimeter then.

you don't need to get anything, don't worry about your voltage

software isn't accurate for voltage measurement.

if your PC is stable and you don't experience random reboots your PSU is fine.

yeah my new PSU 480w stable now compare to my old PSU 400w.
with old PSU when i play F.E.A.R MP demo i always get crash but with my new PSU it's stable i dont get crash anymore when playing my favorite game.
