| try to live with the heat My pc will be on this night. (WU of 250 points) roomtemp = 29°C, a lot more hotter than a week ago. The only thing I don't like about heat is that I become more lazy with every minute. I'm trying to make my schoolbag for almost 3 hours now :grum: . |

| After tweaking the W/C unit with room temp over 30C yesterday I had to mount a 80mm fan around the proc socket to keep it running at oc'ed speed. The CPU fan (air cooling) does serve a purpose in moving air around the socket where the power circuit is located. Turned the house A/C on late this morning; enough toying around with the dog days of summer. Good to know all systems with air cooling are under control at 32C ambient prior to A/C on. Another bloody hot day in Chicago.

| "I'm quite happy with my temps: room 24°" That's not the dog days of summer. Like to know how your W/C runs at 32C room temp without A/C.:grr: The challenge is high ambient temp say over 30C.

| damn...I think I'm going to buy a new case, with better airflow... temps are still 'normal' but I don't want my PC to heat up my room... fyi CPU= 50° mobo=34° hd1= 31° hd2= 27° |
