My 8rda+ went up in flames today... it killed my GFX card as well (Ti4200). I haven't had a chance to test my friggin' expensive RAM (2* Corsair XMS3200) and CPU (XP2400+), i really, really hope they didn't die as well.

That's the risk when you're overclocking I guess. I hope I have better luck on my exams.

If I had a case I would borrow a folder I have here right away
currently looking for cheap/small ATX cases so that can house 2 folders which aren't used for anything but folding

the only cased folder is serving in the network as the domain controller.. sorry RichyB

I've got a temporarly unused ATX case. If you're still planning on dropping by this weekend, a backup rig would be very helpful.

I've seen other ppl running at 1.97v, even someone at 2.41v (!). 1.95v killed my board instantly though. :/

I have mine running aircooled/unmodded at 1.9 volts for about 4 days now 24 hours per day priming... no probs yet

quite shitty 4 U RB!!! damn, it was modded....so no rma?
