osCheck Vista Migration.log

Does any one know what these logfiles mean: "osCheck Vista Migration 2007-01-09 18h35m44s.log"

They contain the following text:
"* CActivityLogFile::Initialize(50) : Activity Log Started: C:\DOCUME~1\XXXX\LOCALS~1\Temp\osCheck Vista Migration 2007-01-09 18h35m44s.log
* Current OS is not Vista. Exiting..."

I found them while cleaning my temp folder. Is microsoft watching till we go Vista??

I think it's just Windows update subprocess which does an osCheck, and writes away the output, since your system is not running Vista it "exits" the program.
