need for speed underground2

hello guys...!!! i just buy the game need for speed underground2
when i try to download it. after u put the cd-key in n starts showing pics of cars. then stop on the midle of the download and shows the message

a problem occurred when trying to transfer the file
'D:\MOVIES\blank.vp6'

i call ea GAMES they say maybe is a bad disk. i went n change it to a bran new game n still saying.

maybe your cdrom/dvd lens is dirty ?
