| Mandrake 10.0 Linux "n00bs" who want to give a prebuild linux distro a try, i'd highly recommend Mandrake 10.0. It's the first (prebuild) distro by my knowledge that uses the new 2.6.x kernel, which is faster and supports more HW nativly (sata by example). I think i'll give it a try myself.

| If Mplayer has the same subtitle quality as Media Player Classic, I will be using it for my HTPC. |

| Mplayer supports dozens of options to adjust subtitle font/size/position/transparancy, and it offers support for more types than mediaplayer. In which way is it inferiour?

| Not sure yet. Probably first on my NF2 + 2gig barton next week.

| Will you be using a Radeon graphic's card with that setup? A lot of people (including myself) have problems getting their radeon to work in mandrake 10.0 when combined with a n-force2 chipset. |

| I installed Mandrake 9.2 on my laptop. It was really great, now one of these i'll be installing 10 on my laptop. But i'm sure that it will be great too. |
