Default Does a 333FSB CPU fit on a 266FSB mobo?

Well does it? I was hoping to upgrade my mobo (266FSB) later, and buy a 333FSB CPU already. Is this possible for a 333CPU to run on a 266 mobo?

Thank you for a swift reply!

I don't see why it wouldn't work.

You just run the proc at lower speeds.

But i would first buy a new mobo and then a new proc.
