Default twinmoss PC2700 with m-tec chips?

I've bought two cheap twinmoss PC2700 256mb @forcom today to replace my expensive corsair xms 3200 sticks.

I've heard of well overclocking twinmoss w/ samsung chips, and awesome overclocking with twinmoss w/ winbond, but i haven't seen m.tec chips yet.

I suppose they're not good... has anyone tried to oc them yet?

Markings:
TTD7608F8E60B

Mtec chips are in my opinion the worst you can get

Had me a couple 2100 and couldn't OC at all
133>143 was a max at very very lax timings

Crap.... oh well, they're still cheap and 166Mhz isn't that bad.

I just found out A-data PC3200 ram uses exact the same m.tec chips (TTD7608F8E60B), so there might me a good chance this will run at 200Mhz after all.

They are rated 6ns though (166mhz), so i'm not really sure.

Very hard to read, but it's a different chip.

Elexir chips are the worst.
they hardly even function at their default speeds.
