i am starting to write the how-to of the hdd.
bought a new 80G hdd today for 52€(worth to destroy ey?)
going to stick the cover again with desent glue now, the epoxy came off don't understand that.
just because its "too" hard i guess.
i am going to apply some tec7 to it

please take a look at some other windowing guides on how to prevent dust getting onto the drive platters;

afaik in your bathroom, let a hot shower run for 10min; then turn it off; wait 5min, go in with HDD , open up cover, do the necassary cutting and place it back on

no cutting is going to happen.
just changing covers

edit: going to suck the hdd vacuum, to take less risks.
going to glue the plexi on the cover first and i'll change them tomorrow.

That rocks. The cuts look a little rough, but overall, that's a great, great modding project. I'd give it a 10 outta 10.
