especially the PC3200 @ lowest timings AND PC4400 @ relaxed timings is very impressive; 2 in one =)

those are handpicked samsung chips

the same chips as on the new corsair xl series

have not seen Corsair PC3200 XL do 275Mhz with 2.7-2.8v though..

too bad that 14 multiplier trick from Asus is so limited... not much over 250 fsb possible... only with prescott 3.2 and up... doesn't seem work with D0 stepping prescott's

*edit* apparently some users have had their D0 prescott's unlocked and have also been able to hit over 330 fsb

I don't understand what the memory has to do with the HTT clock ? ram is almost standard. The proc isn't over spec either I think, or at least not much...

I'm a bit off-topic, it's not the memory, but it's the crazy high HTT score (or FSB as I see you have a 32-bit setup) .

should i cancel my order with jes.de for my 2*512 mb corsair c2 ( 239 € ) and go for Gskill mem, on the other hand i've quit oc'ing but it's always nice to have good chips in your comp!!

If I were in your shoes I would cancel my order and get some Gskill.

I'm not sure what I'd get, cuz they'll have pc4800 (howmuch ddr is that anyway?) soon or it's already for sale, and if it doesn't cost an awefull lot more I'd rather have those. I'm also not sure if it'd be wise to get a 256 set since I'm getting the impression that the performance gap between a set of 256 and a set of 512 is very small when it comes to overclockability.

man, I need that ram, but too much money for me :(
