I did the same calculation (the only difference was that I used 2.6cm instead of 2.7cm), but not all the pieces are 10cm width and 2.xcm thick...

my arm have to hold it, and because i am no bodybuilder i cant move 90kg

and like goofy666 saids, the 4.1m is not the same size and thinkness and wide
