don't begin about the Vddr, at xtremesys there is a thread about a batch of TCCD that doesn't like volts. This one loves it hihi.

awesome! latest TCCD chips should indeed perform better starting above 3.1v. It should give you also higher speed with CL2 2-2-5 timings

Yup, but 3.3 - 3.5 v isn't much difference .
