![]() | ![]() Since NV launched high end SLI, middle end 6600 and entry 6200, I havenˇ¦t bee using ATI VGA cards for long time. The time the principle is GeCube X700PRO, the middle end product and not selling yet. The Packing All accessories, nothing missed The front side with huge copper heat sink, same as 9800/X800 series. The back side with huge copper heat sink in most area Not use ATI original Aluminum Housed capacitors, but Sanyo capacitors are also in high quality One more shot Test Configuration AMD K8 939 3000+ OC 289X9=2.6G MSI K8N NEO2 GSKILL 512LA GeCube X700PRO AGP MAXTOR 30GB TEAC 512EB DELTA300W Default Clock 425/475 3DMARK2001SE&2003 ![]() 3DMARK2005 ![]() OC to 465/540 3DMARK2001SE&2003 ![]() 3DMARK2005 ![]() Advantage 1. Quiet in operation mode 2. With PCI-E and AGP versions 3. Default clock can reach 6600GT 3D ability Disadvantage 1. OC ability is worse than 6600GT The best thing is ATI launched the high C/P product in middle end to compete with NV 6series. I hope the price can be lower than 6600GT to make ATI reverse the weak position in this segment. BTW, I have another GeCube 9550GU. The cooling looks great. I will find time to do the test. |
