Kingston HyperX has PC3500
OCZ has PC3500

Thanks for the help guys. Got a chance to get some cheap OCZ PC3500 EL memory, so i'll probably take that option as it reviewed well in the link jmke gave above.
Given that it won't do the ideal 2-2-11 timings. What would be the best suggested settings to try for?

value 3 = RAS to CAS if I'm not mistaken

I'm lucky I've got my hands on a pair of 512MB OCZ PC3500 Platinum Limited Edition sticks ^^ Now I just need to finish mounting my watercooling rig...
