You need to run 2 console copies of F@H. Install each into its own directory and run foldingathome with the "-local" switch. This will force F@H to use its local directory to store files (so the two copies don't interfere with each other).

GO GO GO !

Sweet, gona try that tonight.
Thx

Edit : Should I try that with the 4 quad cpu systems that we have here
Probably won't make it through the firewall.

It should have been configured even before you posted this

I tried on my system, and firewall blocked the packages.
I know that terminal service and msn work, but that's all.
If I could reroute the incoming data from port 8080 to one of those, it would work.

If you use a proxy to connect to the i-net then there's no problem.
Just configure your client to use the IE explorer settings and you do not have to make an extra bypass in the firewall.

Problem is here eveything runs with a script.
Now I have no freakin idea how to know which proxy I have to use, or to which proxy this script connects.
Also I already tried to put it on "use IE settings" and it gives the error, Unable to connect to primary ID server.

And whadayaknow, just fired it up again, and now it works.
Goddamn, I think some servers are going to have lots of cpu cycles:grin:
