 |  Far Cry 2 launching in October Ubisoft officially announced the launch date of their new first person shooter game Far Cry 2. Far Cry 2 will hit US shelves on 21st of October whereas Europeans will have to wait until the October 24th. Far Cry 2 is a sequel to popular game Far Cry, developed four years ago by the Crytek team. The sequel features reduced SF elements compared to the original Far Cry, where you were fighting mutants.
