Can a PC, with NVIDIA's GPU hardware decode acceleration and image quality features paired with a pre-release copy of CyberLink's PowerDVD HD-DVD Edition software, compete with the experiences of the Toshiba set-top box HD-DVD players or even the Xbox 360 HD-DVD player?
