| I would say, the thermal output is great for a test of how overclock friendly the heatsinks are. Taking into consideration that the PSU runs hotter than in the stock test due to more power being drawn because for the CPU voltage and overclock plus the CPU itself dissapeats a lot more heat too then when you made the other review. 7.5 is probably a way too low estimate for the increase in this setup. I guess you didn't get to keep a 120mm PSU from another review, that would be the most realistic test PSU IMO It would be fine when the noise measurements would be taken outside the case in an artificial test setup even tough the case does shield some of the nosie so the differences get smaller in real world. Maybe even do both tests. |

| reason why it's taken me so long is long work hours during the week (average 40-44) and working in the evenings (6pm->2am). but I hope the end result will pay off, last count I have over 100 test results with different system setups, cpu speeds, HSF fans and fan speeds

| giving myself the most crappiest drawing on this forum award here how's the case is situated in my room, the yellow box is sonata II , the white dot is soundmeter, distance from rear is ~50cm [attachment] so noise is not measured from the front directly, more from the side/front.

| I can not review what I do not have.. right? mails were sent out for sample requests, and those listed here are from those that either offered units for review or replied to my emails.
