Zalman is a recognized leader in the PC industry for their line of innovative noise prevention cooling products. Today we are taking an in-depth look at one of their latest innovations – the new Zalman Reserator I. It’s a fan-less water-cooling system designed to be totally silent. On the silent front:

The Reserator will work very well in a system where no fan could be found. Then, if a fan produces below ambient sound level will be noise be heard?
